1. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account using a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders & Delivery

• We currently deliver across Pune & PCMC, within the areas listed on our Schedule Your Meal page.
• Same-day delivery is not available — orders must be scheduled at least one day in advance, subject to the booking window and time slots shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, if a time slot is fully booked, or in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, ingredient unavailability, etc.).
• Delivery times are estimates based on the selected time slot and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volumes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through PhonePe. We do not store your payment card, UPI, or bank details. In the event of a payment failure after money is debited from your account, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website

6. Franchise Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through the Franchise page are expressions of interest only and do not constitute a binding agreement. Any franchise arrangement will be governed by a separate, signed franchise agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Dr. Dixit Thali, SNACK’ED and Shaan Chi Biryani names, logos, images, and text — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to ensure food quality and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, third-party courier delays, etc.). Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
